Someone I admire
I aspire to be like you

Against strong tides
Pressure beyond measure
You kept it together
You learned how to survive
I don’t know if you knew
I was watching you
Every move you made
Gave me courage and faith
What I saw in you
Made me view life
Through different lenses
It pulled me from the ledges
Brought me back to my senses
I know what I’m capable of
There’s nothing I can’t do
I feel in my spirit
The sky is the limit
