Diverse, Equal, Included: Anatomy of United Purpose

There are days
When I gaze upon creation
God, I stand amazed
In awe of what You’ve made

But what takes my breath away
You factored in your equation
With divine precision
The most significant addition
The human body

Each unique part of our anatomy
It’s in a connected tapestry
A portrait of who You are
You want to tell this tale
On a grander scale

So, You brought us together
Gave us special roles
We’re dependent on each other
We need one another
It gives You glory
To tell the story

You’ve always known us
Your love has shown us
None of us are worthless
We’ve been redeemed
Purchased for a common purpose

We can’t dilute the truth
We’re different to make a difference
Included in Your master plan
Before the world began

It seems illogical
But it makes perfect sense
Distinct and yet united
This is our strength
