I was so alone
I needed some help
I asked myself who can I call?
Who’ll care and be there
To catch me when I fall?
In good and bad times
Will they love me through it all?
That’s why I’m thankful for you
If it hadn’t been for you
I didn’t know what I’d do
You’ve been in my corner
I just about had enough
But you lifted me up
Helped me to reorder my life
I couldn’t stand
My path was unclear
You reminded me who I am
You said what I needed to hear
There’s room for new opportunities
I’m looking forward to see
What God has in store for me
He sent you just in time
I feel I can climb mountains
Because of you, I can walk again
I love you, my friend
