You’re over there
Can’t we move a little
And meet somewhere in the middle?
It’s been hard to see eye to eye
But I can’t turn a blind eye to you

The love we hold inside
Is too precious to toss aside
We’re meant to be a masterpiece
Heaven sent for the world to see
It hurts we’re so distant
Yes, our colors are different
Yet, if we blend them
We can make a shade

Let’s draw closer to each other
When we learn more of one another
